The Wellbeing Day – How It Works

One fixed day a week, when I am present at your workplace

My main way of working is to come to your company on one fixed day each week — usually a full working day — when employees and leaders can book individual wellbeing sessions. Depending on the agreement we make, open slots can also be used on a drop-in basis.

Let's talk about a wellbeing day at your workplace

A regular wellbeing day at your workplace

A typical wellbeing day lasts about 8 hours, during which I am present at your workplace and available to employees and leaders.

  • Individual sessions that can be booked in advance
  • The option of drop-in in open slots, if it suits your company's setup
  • A fixed, familiar face the employees get to know
  • Support close to the employee's normal working day
  • A chance to raise things early — without first having to be in crisis
  • Sessions for both employees and leaders

When the support is physically present in the workplace and returns regularly, it becomes easier to use the help before problems grow.

With you — but independent of the organisation

It can be hard to talk completely openly about stress, doubt, conflict or poor wellbeing with your manager or HR — especially when you don't yet know for yourself exactly what's wrong.

As an external wellbeing therapist, I am physically present in the company, but stand outside the usual management and HR relationship.

This gives the employee the chance to talk to an external professional, with the focus on their own situation, needs and wellbeing.

The company provides access to the support, while each session starts with the employee.

A supplement to your company's existing offering

Wellbeing therapy can work as a supplement to what your company already offers.

Some employees need psychological or medical treatment. Others need early support, reflection and help understanding and handling what is weighing on them.

My offer is aimed mainly at preventive, early work with wellbeing, stress, relationships, boundaries and strain.

If something falls outside my professional scope, I encourage the person to seek the right kind of professional help.

The collaboration can be supplemented

The regular wellbeing day can be supplemented with other offerings as needed.

  • Leadership support

A place where leaders can work on their own pressure, responsibility, relationships and wellbeing — including when they're in difficult situations in a team.

  • Online sessions

A supplement for employees who work from home, are based elsewhere or work internationally.

  • Workshops

Can supplement the individual sessions by arrangement.

    • Stress and early stress signals
    • Boundaries and a sustainable working life
    • The body's signals under pressure
    • Conflict and relationships
    • Wellbeing and self-understanding
