A wellbeing session doesn't have to start with a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem. Sometimes it simply starts with the sense that something isn't working the way it usually does.
The session starts with whatever is weighing on you — both when it's directly about work, and when things in your private life affect how you feel at work.
What can we talk about?
When work pressure touches something personal
It isn't always the workload itself that tells the whole story. The way we react to demands, responsibility, expectations and relationships can also matter.
- How do I react under pressure?
- Why is it so hard for me to speak up?
- Why do I feel I have to keep performing all the time?
- What is my body telling me before I even register that something is wrong?
For leaders too
Having leadership responsibilities doesn't mean you have to hold everything yourself.
As a leader, you may also need a place where you don't have to be the one with the answers — where you can instead explore your own pressure, responsibility, relationships, boundaries and wellbeing.
A session can also be relevant when you're in a difficult situation around a team, a relationship or a change, and need to get clearer about your own reactions and options.
An external conversation partner
Sessions take place with an external wellbeing therapist who is physically present in the workplace, but isn't part of the usual HR or management relationship.
If you're an employee or a leader who thinks this option could be relevant in your organisation, you're welcome to share the page with HR, People & Culture or management.
