„Everything is going well, really — but I don't feel happy.“
The direction may be to understand yourself better, become clearer about your needs and find out what gives you meaning and joy.

Therapy focused on what matters to you.
At Therapy with Direction we start from what you bring — a challenge, a pattern, a question or a wish for change.
Together we find a focus for the therapy and return to it regularly — to what you want to understand, change or move through. The aim is not therapy for its own sake, but that you gain deeper understanding, new possibilities and the change you are looking for.
You don't have to be in crisis to begin therapy. Perhaps your life looks good on paper, and yet you don't feel truly happy or content. Perhaps you have a demanding working life where you do well, but sense stress, restlessness or a constant need to perform. Or perhaps you notice the same patterns again and again and want to understand why.
„Everything is going well, really — but I don't feel happy.“
The direction may be to understand yourself better, become clearer about your needs and find out what gives you meaning and joy.
„I'm stressed at work and find it hard to switch off.“
We can work towards more calm, clearer boundaries and tools that help you handle the pressure of everyday life.
„I perform all the time, yet it never feels quite good enough.“
The focus can be to understand your performance pattern and find a way to keep your ambitions without constant inner pressure.
„I find it hard to say no and end up putting myself last.“
The direction may be to sense your own boundaries more clearly and stand by your needs.
„I keep ending up in the same conflicts and relational patterns.“
We can explore what keeps repeating and create more freedom to respond differently.
„I'm at a point in life where I no longer know what I want.“
The direction may be more clarity about your values, your wishes and the path you would like to take.
„I'm doing fine — I would simply like to know myself better.“
The focus can be greater self-insight, better contact with your emotions and a clearer sense of who you are.
The name matters to me, because I am motivated by seeing that the therapeutic work creates movement and makes a real difference.
I especially love the moments where something begins to loosen. When a person understands themselves in a new way. When the light returns to someone's eyes. When a person who has felt stuck begins to find their way. When someone finds the courage to change something, set a boundary, make a choice or feel more calm and joy.
That is the part of therapy that means the most to me: being there with you while something moves and changes.
You don't need to know the direction from the start. We find it together, and it may change along the way. But we keep returning to what matters to you and to what you want to get out of therapy.
When you feel you have got what you came for, we can bring the process to a close. You are always welcome back if something new arises.
